Terms of Service

These Terms of Service define the rules for using the Headgrid website and the mutual obligations between Headgrid and its users. By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase on the site, you unconditionally accept these terms.

Article 1 – Access to the site

1.1. The site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of voluntary interruption or maintenance.
1.2. Headgrid cannot be held responsible in the event of unavailability of the site, whatever the cause (maintenance, breakdown, technical problem, force majeure, etc.).
1.3. Access to the site is free, excluding any Internet connection costs borne by the user.

Article 2 – Use of the site

2.1. The user agrees to use the site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms of Service.
2.2. Any misuse, fraudulent use or use contrary to public order is prohibited.
2.3. In particular, it is prohibited to:

  • disrupt the site's operation

  • introduce viruses or malware,

  • collecting other users' personal data without authorization.

Article 3 – User Account

3.1. To place an order, the Customer may be required to create an account.
3.2. The Client undertakes to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
3.3. The Client is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. Any fraudulent use of their account will be their responsibility.

Article 4 – Products and services

4.1. The products offered are helmets designed for collection and can be used for karting .
4.2. The features, descriptions and photos are presented as accurately as possible. Slight variations may exist.
4.3. The products are made to order , with an average production time of one month .

Article 5 – Orders and Payments

5.1. Any validated order constitutes acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC).
5.2. Accepted payment methods are: bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and bank transfer .
5.3. Payment is due immediately, except for transfers which must be settled within a maximum of 5 working days .
5.4. The order is only prepared and shipped after payment has been validated.

Article 6 – Delivery

6.1. Headgrid delivers exclusively to metropolitan France, Corsica and countries of the European Union .
6.2. Delivery time depends on the carrier and the destination. The total time may exceed one month (production + shipping).
6.3. Headgrid cannot be held responsible for any delay due to the carrier, customs or an incorrect address provided by the Customer.

Article 7 – Intellectual Property

7.1. All elements of the site (texts, visuals, logos, design, structure) are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
7.2. Any reproduction, distribution, exploitation or use without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

Article 8 – Responsibility

8.1. Headgrid cannot be held liable:

  • for any damage resulting from misuse of the site or products,

  • accidents related to improper use of helmets,

  • of data loss or indirect damages.
    8.2. The use of Headgrid products for karting is the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Article 9 – Modification of conditions

Headgrid reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
The new versions apply as soon as they are published online and replace any previous version.

Article 10 – Applicable Law and Disputes

10.1. These Terms of Service are governed by French law.
10.2. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
10.3. In the absence of an agreement, the dispute will be brought before the Commercial Court of Chalon-sur-Saône .
