Return and refund policy
At Headgrid , we make every effort to guarantee customer satisfaction. However, if a product does not meet your expectations, we have implemented a clear return policy that complies with French and European legislation.
Article 1 – Legal Right of Withdrawal
1.1. In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code (articles L.221-18 et seq.), the Customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his decision or bear any costs other than those of return.
1.2. The deadline is calculated in calendar days: if it expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
1.3. The right of withdrawal applies only to private customers. Professionals ordering in the course of their business cannot benefit from it.
Article 2 – Exclusions from the right of return
2.1. The right of withdrawal does not apply:

to customized products (for example, a helmet made with a specific paint, color or design requested by the Customer),

to custom-made products ,
-
to products that have been used, worn, damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged.
2.2. Headgrid reserves the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met.
Article 3 – Return Procedure
3.1. All return requests must be made in writing to the following email address: Contact@headgrid.fr , specifying the order number and the reasons for the return.
3.2. A confirmation with instructions to follow will be sent to the Customer by email. No returns will be accepted without prior agreement from Headgrid .
3.3. The product must be returned in its strictly new condition, complete (accessories, instructions, original packaging), properly protected and accompanied by the purchase invoice.
3.4. Return costs are entirely the responsibility of the Customer, unless the return is due to an error by Headgrid (example: non-compliant or defective product).
Article 4 – Return Address
Products must be returned to the address provided by customer service via email upon request.
For logistical reasons, no returns sent to an address other than the one provided by Headgrid will be accepted.
Article 5 – Refunds
5.1. After receiving and verifying the condition of the returned product, Headgrid will proceed with the refund to the Customer within a maximum of 14 working days .
5.2. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the one used when placing the order (bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, bank transfer).
5.3. In the event of payment by bank transfer, the Client must provide their bank details (RIB/IBAN) to allow the refund.
5.4. If the returned product does not meet the conditions mentioned in articles 2 and 3, Headgrid reserves the right to refuse the refund and return the product to the Customer at their expense.
Article 6 – Defective or non-conforming products
6.1. If the product received has a manufacturing defect or does not correspond to the order placed (example: wrong model or size), the Customer must inform Headgrid by email within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photos.
6.2. In this case, Headgrid will cover the return shipping costs and will offer either:

an exchange,
-
either a full refund (product + delivery costs).
Article 7 – Disputes related to returns
7.1. In the event of a disagreement concerning a return or a refund, the Customer may contact a consumer mediator free of charge in accordance with Article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code.
7.2. In the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Chalon-sur-Saône.
